Rebate: 1.5% = $7,500 ($500,000 x 1.5%)
*Your Rebate is a maximum of 1.5% of the sales price, assuming a builder sales commission of 3%. Should the commission be less than 3%, the Rebate would be half of the commission amount the builder is paying.

Once you’ve registered:
A licensed REALTOR® will contact you via phone, text, or email to go over any questions you may have. We will go over the process and what to expect when you visit a new home community.
My team will be here to assist you during every step of this process to ensure all of the paperwork and contracts are in place.
We will send you representation documents for electronic signatures along with your New Home Registration Card.
Start searching for your New Home!
Once you find a New Home:
Contact your assigned REALTOR® immediately.
Make sure you present your registration card to the sales counselor before signing your contract or you will lose the rebate.
We will work with the builders' sales team to ensure the proper documentation is in place and that all rebates and incentives are written into your contract.
Closing Day and receiving your Rebate:
Prior to your closing date, you will receive confirmation from the Escrow Company as to how your rebate is being credited.
After you sign off on the final walkthrough of your new home you will then proceed to the escrow closing where you will complete the signing of your purchase. All rebates are reconciled prior to your signing!
You are now done and are a New Home Owner! Congratulations!!
